Advanced Techniques Wrestling Camp

These Camps will include the foundational techniques that are necessary to becoming a champion, and then systematically trained to sequence these techniques together in a series. The latest NCAA Division I skills will be introduced, drilled, evaluated, and refined. Most importantly, individual attention will be stressed, enabling each athlete to progress just as fast as his talent, ability, and interest will carry him. This camp will challenge the more experienced wrestlers with the most current advanced techniques.
Coach Azevedo and his staff will rotate the skill emphasis from Advanced Gold Technique Camp to Advanced Green Technique Camp, to allow athletes who desire to attend two successive camps the ability to learn related but different sets of skills.

BACK TO CAMP SESSIONS

  Attend more than One Session:
For those athletes who wish to develop their skill levels as quickly as possible in one summer, it is recommended that they attend a two camp series. The camp series sequence is designed to have the curriculum of one camp build the foundation for progressing to the skills taught at the next scheduled camp. The Intensive Technique Camp will prepare the wrestler for the Advanced Skills Camp. Wrestlers attending the progressive camps series have achieved excellent results.

Limited Sessions:
Sessions will be limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be accepted right up to camp time if openings are available. Enrollment will be limited in each session to assure the high standard of instruction and to prevent overcrowding of facilities, consistent with America's finest wrestling camp.
